Training for Trainers
The Moss Group helps you build internal capacity for long-term success and sustainability through training-for-trainers (T4T) events on a variety of topics.
Every T4T event is collaboratively designed for effective integration into your organization. We dedicate a strong focus on increasing content knowledge and enhancing skill-building for your trainers. We work with you to incorporate your organization’s policies, practices, and unique nuances into the final training product. This may include teach-back sessions and recorded sessions, if requested, to provide real-time comprehension and skills in delivering the material. Trainers you select within your organization will gain the knowledge and skills to train other staff. T4Ts provide a cost-effective solution to support your organization’s long-term productivity.

Leading with Awareness: Implicit Bias
The Moss Group provides a variety of workshops on the emerging and critical issue of implicit bias. Through our informative sessions, we will provide you with key definitions around implicit bias, raise your awareness and recognition, and inform you on how to address this sensitive topic.
Using videos and small group discussions, we provide experiential learning and strategies to dislodge unconscious bias within your organization and provide practical techniques to deter implicit bias and positively impact your work environment.
We can customize an implicit bias workshop to meet your organization’s specific needs. A challenge or conflict may exist within a certain group or level of workers, or there may be a longstanding manifestation within the culture that needs to be addressed. We will work directly with you to design and provide the training that best suits your needs—to include assessment tools, assignments, surveys, readings, and follow-up coaching.
