The Moss Group is excited to announce the addition of six new team members!

Project Coordinator Jenise Durant brings eleven years of criminal justice system experience, having worked in training and as a detention officer. Most recently, Jenise worked with the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy (SCCJA) where she was a senior instructor in the detention program.

Project Manager Raymond Ortiz comes to TMG with nine years of experience coordinating programs within the healthcare, education, and judicial system. Raymond has also served as a correctional officer for Riker’s Island NYC DOC.

Prior to joining TMG, Project Manager Aaron Richards spearheaded numerous violence prevention programs, including the Homicide Reduction Partnership, to reduce crime in police service areas.

Project Director Hope Cooper served as the Deputy Secretary of Juvenile and Adult Community Based Services for the Kansas Department of Corrections (KDOC) prior to joining us at TMG and is also a member of American Probation and Parole and the Association of Women Executives in Corrections.

Project Director Ken Hyle joins TMG after beginning his career in the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons in 1992 and retiring in 2022 as General Counsel. Ken has worked extensively on criminal justice issues and employment law matters and had oversight of legal training and practice areas including correctional law, policy development and review, real estate and environmental law, and government ethics. He has been recognized with two distinguished awards from the United States Attorney General for his work on PREA regulations and staff diversity management.

Executive Coordinator Paige Adkins comes to TMG with over five years of experience working in research contributing to the criminal justice field where she supported state and federal grant contracts intended to reduce drug-related crime and recidivism.

With their diverse backgrounds, these new team members bring a wealth of knowledge to the agency, and we are excited to have them on board!
