About Our Coaching Model

We assign practitioner coaches and professionals with expertise based on the needs you identified.

Our coaches are experienced professionals, who have practiced in areas to include executive leadership, organizational health and assessments, human resources, law and litigation, academic research and data analysis, psychology and mental health, law enforcement, jails, juvenile justice, probation and parole, community supervision/field services, and corrections.

We strive to use the same coach for a single client, allowing for continuity in the work and context.

Different coaches can be added based on needed areas of expertise; however, the primary coach will remain the same.

The right fit is important, so you can always reach out to us if you would like a different coach.

Our coaches will track the hours for you and let you know at the end of each coaching call or working session how much time is left on your package.

Details about Coaching Agreements

Coaching sessions are advisory and may be part of an agency’s deliberative process; however, any determination as to whether coaching sessions are legally privileged will be made by the agency and applicable third party.

TMG is not liable for any legal challenges or liabilities of the agency arising from the subject matter of the coaching session.

We will honor coaching purchases for up to 1 year of purchase.

For PREA Coaching: We cannot guarantee PREA compliance at the time of a PREA audit as that can only be determined by the DOJ certified auditor conducting your PREA audit.
